Get up early in the morning and go to sleep early this will transform your life. If it has been difficult for you to get up at a particular time then set alarm one hour before the time you have to wake up. This makes easy to wake up at that particular time. Do try. It really works.

Don't open Facebook, WhatsApp unless necessary. Instead read newspaper, books, talk to people. Spend time with your loved ones, family, kids. Those are the memories you want to hold on to forever.

If you wake up with your troubles then you are going to have bad day instead you should say "Hey baby..! I'm ready to rock and roll..wohoo..!
Exercise will help you to reduce stress. As during exercise body secrets hormones that helps body toe relax. No matter how busy you are at least go for 15min. Walk daily.
Having motivational poster in room improves success rate. It helps to get rid of procastination.
6)Reading-
Read every single day to increase your vocabulary and knowledge.
The bigger your goal, the bigger is your perspective would be and it helps you to move towards positive things. Set daily tasks that move you closer to ultimate goal.
Control your junk food intake. Stop drinking caffeine.
9)Be flexible-
Do not program your mind to stick to one schedule. Be little flexible. If you are keep doing same thing everyday, you are going to take out excitement out of life. So try something new.
10)Learn to let go-
Everything happens for the best, because it teaches you a lesson for improvement.
Listen to music -
Music affects the brain in a very interesting way. As you are listening, keep your focus on the sensation of music. Try not to think about the meaning of the lyrics or past memories of listening to a particular song. Instead try to enjoy the music. Listen to the music without thinking about it.
